    I want to lose my weight, but i could not stick to my faith. failure always companys with me. At this time, i do not want to give up again, guys,can you give me some good suggestions?:eek:

    if you really want to lose your weight then whenever anyone offers you to eat just move your head from left to right and do this 3 to 4 time.
    I bet you, you will lose your weight in days....

    Your motivation and desire to lose weight has to be stronger than the pain and boring routine that you find exercise to be. You might to spend a long time thinking about how great it'd be to be a few sizes lighter and imagine yourself breezing through the workouts. Imagination is a powerful tool for sure.

    If you want to lose weight you should start from dieting. Quit fast foods, reduce fat and carbs, eat more protein and fiber.

    I lost lots of weight with a ketogenic diet - I'm almost back to normal and it worked so fast it's crazy. You don't even need to exercise!

    I just sounded like I wanted to market a product, I just love this diet.

    Its better to include lots of vegetables and fruits in diet and lowers the intake of carbohydrates and fats to stay healthy and loose weight..

    I agree with some of your points.
    Fat are not bad at all, watch the movie Fat Head for reference. Fat is actually good, as long as you eat saturated and unsaturated fats and avoid transfats like hell. Vegetables are generally okay, as long as you eat green veggies and avoid colored ones(colored ones have lots of carbs and sugars). Fruits don't help, berries are okay because they are low carb and almost no sugar. Bacon is better than apples. :D
