Your motivation and desire to lose weight has to be stronger than the pain and boring routine that you find exercise to be. You might to spend a long time thinking about how great it'd be to be a few sizes lighter and imagine yourself breezing through the workouts. Imagination is a powerful tool for sure.

I agree with some of your points. Fat are not bad at all, watch the movie Fat Head for reference. Fat is actually good, as long as you eat saturated and unsaturated fats and avoid transfats like hell. Vegetables are generally okay, as long as you eat green veggies and avoid colored ones(colored ones have lots of carbs and sugars). Fruits don't help, berries are okay because they are low carb and almost no sugar. Bacon is better than apples. Or you can do this, another method I heard about:
