Are these worth anything? claim-4-damages.co.uk claim-4-damages.com head-injuries-solicitor.co.uk head-injuries-solicitor.com head-injuries-solicitors.co.uk head-injuries-solicitors.com Thanks.
Yes, I am finding this out, but from an SEO point of view I would always advise the "-" between keywords - so why are these domain names worth less?
I think from an SEO point of view, the dash between words in a domain name is irrelevent. It only matters in file names, for example, head-injuries.htm is better than head_injuries.htm. But then again, that's only what I've heard.
Dashes between words are particularly useful when someone links to your url with anchor text other than what you desire. Someone linking to head-injuries-solicitor.com with any irrelevant anchor text is still effectively helping increase the serp of head-injuries-solicitor.com for the term "head-injuries-solicitor" or "head injuries solicitor"
