I agree with most of this stuff, but the "greed and self interest part...", that is really far from the truth. The focus should be on providing value to your marketplace.
Greed and self interest will make a person to go beyond his limits to achieve his goals.. You shouldn't be greedy too much... And every single human being on earth has greed... You won't have the interest to earn money if you don't have greed it's better you become a monk or something!!
