Thats because it is LOL. You bought a cookie cutter but I guess you have learnt from your experience if nothing else. You have basically bought a template with PLR articles used as content although at least your domain is unique although I don't think it is worth keeping.Seller hasn't legally done anything wrong, has he done anything wrong morally? Well that is open to debate.
