Digital Point Ad Network

I'd heard that participating in the DP ad program can give you back links that will help with organic search engine results. I don't really see how this is possible from an ad network. Does anyone know, either way?

and yes the backlinks are spiderable. whether they will help you is another matter.

 

but are the back links to your site or to dp redirected to you?

 

They show up exactly the same as text links. And text links give you back-links. No java is used!!

 

I havent been on digitalpoint.com yet I have only seen the forums.

 

But the networks allows nofollow to be used which diminishes the usefullness for link building.

Only if the webmaster want's nofollow. And when they do that, they get way less weight, so odds are, most sites don't have no follow!!

I wasn't aware that the weight will be adjusted accordingly. Do you have a url where I can read about that?
