Part of website is a directory. With nofollow links, URL Headers verified, every link is moderated.

    Is this specific directory:
    http://www.wood-furniture.biz/forums/links/

good or bad for a whole website and SEO ?

Its not merit based hence largely useless but it should not hurt unless you do that sort of thing often. Directory submissions have been dead for longer than I can remember.

Providing the directory has a relevant category for your site, as Nigel states, it can't hurt. Don't expect miracles from directory submissions though, they are pretty much completely discounted in terms of ranking, dofollow or not. It never hurts to have a diverse link structure, though. ;)

I think this kind of mixed website can get the probability to get banned by Google. I suggest you to make your website directory onto another domain.

So now directories are bad for SEO and Google? What about Yahoo Directory and other high ranked Directories ? I don't understand it.
