Other People's Adsense Accounts

What kind of information can others find out about my website? Does Google share information with third parties regarding particulars of my site and/or Adsense account? If so, how do I become one of those people? (Yeah, right.)

I ask because it wasn't until I put Adsense advertising on my site that I started receiving offers to purchase it.

With spyonweb.com you can find someone's other sites by inputting the adsense id which is publicly available in html source.
Then for the traffic, Alexa gives an idea related/comparatively to the site's niche.

    Okay...

So this outfit, http://www.ezoic.com/our-mission.php, approached me with a low-ball offer shortly after I added Adsense to my site. The initial offer was about six months Adsense revenue, though I didn't have a clear picture of what true Adsense revenue was at the time. He later upped his "offer," though it wasn't a real offer, by about 200%.

At this point I stopped communicating with him because he pulled the "I gotta clear it with my manager, but I'll go to bat for you" gambit. Truly lame used car salesman style.

Before I knew what a **** he is I investigated a bit just to see what kind of outfit they were. I found about a 100 of their sites. They're low quality, low traffic Adsense sites. I guess if they pick them up cheap enough they make money.

    A small sample:
    www.onehitwondercentral.com
    www.jokersrevenge.com
    www.extremefunnypictures.com
    www.interactimage.com
    www.tipking.co.uk

So has anyone else been approached by outfits like these guys? Still wondering how I came up on their radar. Just coincidence that I'd added Adsense recently and they specialize in Adsense sites?

    Thoughts anyone?

Yes I think it is a coincidence.
Also I receive MANY emails with all types of "offers" about my sites, most go to the spam inbox but some pass the filter because they're sent through my contact forms (but it is mass spam too, just another way of spamming).

    Thanks for the tip, James.

I'm trying this out with www.onehitwondercentral.com, but haven't been able to make it work. I've found what I think is their Adsense publisher id, ca-pub-6644558441501035, but when I enter it into spyonweb.com's form I get nothing. Their instructions say "Simply enter website url, google adsense or google analytics code and find out what resourses belong to the same owner," I'm doing this but am getting nothing.

Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks much!

That's because they want it in the format pub-XXXX, it's very easy for them to add in their code to support ca-pub-XXXX but they don't yet, so here you go:
    http://spyonweb.com/pub-6644558441501035

Of course they don't have everything, they have their own crawling bot and build their own database, so it is not complete. I know there are other similar services out there, but I use only this one the very rare times when I feel nosy. :)
