Recommend a wordpress plugin to remove dead links?

    thanks, will try this one. Are there any plugins that can unlink it automatically? For smaller sites it's not a problem, but I have a few big site with hundreds of posts and it's going to be rather time consuming

    That plugin has an "unlink" option below each of the broken links in the report. It's not completely automatic, but at least you don't have to edit the posts one by one...

    Yes, Broken link checker really works well but, you need to manually remove all those dead links discovered... works fine.
