how can i add as well as earn from adsense ?

hello to all,
I am new in terms of adsense and want to add google adsense and earn from them but don't understand that what steps should be follow: so, please can any share the all steps.

note: I have create the adsense account for blog site.

 

Create blogger account and write 30 post. Blogger option --- earning-- sign up for adsense.

 

but i could only find blogger setting for my account not blogger option-- earning---
