Selling PR1 Established Quality Content-riched Dogs Niche Site

I am in process of clearing my VPS sites to free up some space. I am thinking of selling a dog site that i developed 1 to 2 years ago.

This site gets around 300+ uniques visitors per day according to awstats by which 20% are organic traffic.

For domain keyword "electric fence for dogs", it get 5100 exacts searches monthly with a cpc of $2+ (Researched from adwords keywords). This make it a fairly profitable niche to go into. It is also PR1 with old indexed pages in google

For the work done on the site, i only researched and wrote around 10+ unique articles (around 7000 - 10000 words). Site logo is uniquely designed. After so, i put adsense on the sites and managed to get around 9 clicks which earns around $4 - $5 bucks. Though revenue is minimal, considering the fact i did not do any seo for the site, it did fairly well. ( getting indexed and organic traffic on its own).

For the site established, i am not sure when i launched the site online, seems like 1 + years to me.



I am not looking for alot for the site, probably around reasonably 100+, i will be willing to sell.

Hi, nope it works well for me. http://www.electric-fence-for-dogs.info/ try accessing it through a proxy, i changed nameservers a few days back.
