    Okay, I'm not pushed to sale this site but I need a pick up and want to see what's offered.

    HipHop 2012 ( d0t ) com

    The search stats are not updated properly yet but last year "hip hop 2011" (which i also owned & sold ) was doing about 60k unique searches monthly.

    This year, so far I'm seeing 400-500 unique visitors daily.

    Goto google trends and compare "hip hop 2012" to some keywords you know the numbers on, so you can see THE TRUE SEARCH VOLUME currently.

    Domain Authority - 20
    Page Authority - 33

    here's a comparison... 'new rap songs' vs 'hip hop 2012 ' . . as you can see, hip hop 2012 is about 3.5x the search volume and rising :

    If this was brought up to #1 in search, income I'd expect to reach around $45 a month adsense. However, as of now, avg $12-$15 adsense.

    If I can get $375 for site, I'll sell. I'm open to hearing all offers.
