    Apparantly store will not get teir full allotment as some of the PS3s had issues with the blueray player not working.

    Several have not met their reserve when auction ended, others did not get any bids at all.

    I suspect there are a lot more people who want one to sell on E-Bay then want one to actually play.

    I would not pay the retail for it, let alone the e-bay mark-up.

    I wouldn't be suprised if a lot of people looking to make a quick buck on these on E-bay are sitting on them in a weeks time.

    I think I'm going to do what I usually do and wait it out for a while. Give it 6 months (yes, I know this is a while for alot of console junkies!) and the price will be much lower, not to mention you will have a better idea of just how good the console is and how good the games are etc.

    Never been one for jumping on the bandwagon from the off and it's helped me avoid alot of garbage consoles I must say lol:)
