    Very beneficial. Internal linking is one of the easiest things that you can do. Since it is your website, you have controlled over it. The thing to keep in mind is that when you are using your internal linking, it should still make sense to your users and to the bots. Use it when you can, and keep using it. It is the same as any other anchor text and that it carries a lot of weight with the search engines.

    Internal linking of the website plays a crucial role in helping other pages to achieve the PR and it is considered to be a good SEO practice. Internal linking passes the link juice of the page that has high PR to the other pages that are running low on PR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
