New Forum, Help needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hiya Guys, I am currently developing a forum but I need some help from one of you guys.

    This forum is a VB forum and I am wanting to remove the custom VB logo from the top left corner and I am also wanting to add some adverts

    Can anyone advise me how to do this?

    Hi eBooks, I recently had simular probelm with a PHPBB forum. However this would be differnt with a VB forum.

    if you want to remove Deafult-VB-LOGO at top of pages .
    goto :
    AdminCP -> Edit Templates -> Select your template to edit -> DBLclick on header -> now you can see header codes in atextare .

    find logo.gif . select <img></img> tag .press delete . Now you don't have any logos on top of forum . if you have a problem say here . i'll reply with Screenshots :D

    Hi, I have a little probelm with that. If i follow the path and go through AdminCP there is no file called Edit templates!!

    What do I do now?

    Admin Cp > Styles > Modify > Fonts & Colors

    You can designate your logo under Image Paths.

    Another way you can do that is: find the header image in the images folder in your theme's files and change it with the one you want. That's the easiest way if you are a complete noob with codes;)

    Looks like you have plenty of info about changing the banner. When adding the ads I suggest putting them in below the navbar and or just before the footer like www.secretpips.com/forums. All this requires is a few template edits to the style and your done.
