Anyone experienced this before? Just ONE of my site's CTR just dropped by more than 50% overnight. This has happened for the past 3 days.

    - Pageviews and CPC have not changed for this site.
    - Visitor demographics (location) are unchanged.
    - Traffic & impressions are unchanged

It's only CTR dropping by more than 50% resulting in alot less clicks and revenues dropping by more than 50%!

The rest of my sites were unaffected.

Anyone knows why this might be happening? Really quite worried now :(

This is the wrong rule of adsense google that you do.
Please Respect Google trademarks. You should know adsense trademarks as google.

Ad texts of adsense are similar with your links in category and some points index to them. (see picture)
This is the wrong rule of adsense google too.
Your adsense account will be banned if you don't change them.

Because you have a social based site, the CTR went down because the visitors experienced your ads so try changing their position

I have the same issue. Our CTR dropped 70-80% in March. We have maintained a consistent CTR for years. CTR is the same on all of our other sites, but our largest site's CTR just tanked one day back in March. I have researched this and found many people with the same experience, yet no answers. It has nothing to do with banner location nor the freshness of the creatives. Our largest site does around 10 million page views a month. We have around 75% new users and 25% new users. All of the people visiting your site don't just decide one day to stop clicking the banners. I'm not talking about a gradual slow down - I'm talking about a tank one day that has been the same for the last two and a half months.

my websites with Google Adsense have tanked the last 2 months also and have lost there number 1 places on Google as well and I haven't done anything different on these websites for ages, they must be doing there juggling act again as this happened the same time last year then they all bounced back to their number 1 spots and started making good money again but atm I am down quite considerably.

Could be a very relevant and clicked on ad from one advertizer pulling off from adwords/your site or having burned his ad budget for the month..

Otherwise it could be a technical problem on your site, but I guess you'd have spotted that.
