Is it true with reciprocal link you will add link?I have education website PR1, it can acceptable in your directory?
Lots of EDU and .GOV links into that site... I'd be very suspect as to the validity of the PR here... Quite a bit of Japanese .gov links... Something is not right here.
What's worse is http://www.diolead.com/ is a carbon copy of this directory and also using the same method of hidden links in the body of foreign government and educational web sites with High PR.
hmm reciprocal is good for a new site if reciprocal link has a high PR. As your mentioned website is PR6, so i think it's better to add their link.

Yes and because of that many other directories get punishment, because people don't do research like we do and the example you gave. Please just go crazy after "PR Numbers", but all the advertisers loose money when Google punish this kind of directories who buys invisible links.
It's amazing how many people are submitting to the directory and not reading all the replies in the thread first. PR is faked folks. Don't get all happy about this directories PR. "Free PR6 directory" was the red flag for me the PR was faked.

It IS fake. Those government links are hidden URL's that were either embedded by someone at the .Gov site, or were inserted / hacked into place. The site and the OP are a complete fraud.
Forget it! I submitted my site and also gave him a PR4 backlink! But no response! I can see many categories on that directory do not have link listed! So maybe he does not want to get new URLs!
Which is why they require a reciprocal. Because once they dump the actual directory component, all those reciprocals would probably give them a real PR6. Whenever a directory requires a reciprocal link, that's the big red flag. The faked PR on top of that is the flag on fire.
