That is a hot, convoluted mess but your posts themselves are fairly useful. Spend a few minutes on themeforest, drop 30 bucks and do somehthing high level in like 30 minutes time.

That domain is going to hard to address as well... too many --- in it.

Your header I think needs to have some color. If it is about birthday parties...you might want to give it some color. You have a lot of empty space...adsense might be a good option for you

Work on the header. The domain is awful. It would be much better if you had a shorter domain name. Try creativegifts.co. It's available and matches your category. The site design can be much better. Feel free to pm me for detailed advice on the matter.

how about having the image slider above

And having that below, same with the sidebar so the search bar is under the nav menu
