i think the best one is the socrates theme i saw a lot of business related site running on socrates theme although heatmap is also a good choice
I agree. Have a look on themeforest.net corporate themes: http://themeforest.net/category/wordpress/corporate - there are many nice designs and a theme usually costs $35.
Themeforest would also be my suggestion. I personally think they have the best looking and fully featured themes for the money.
Themeforest has a ton of responsive themes. Some of the newer Woo and Genesis child themes are responsive as well, the last one I used was called "Adapt" on Genesis, and it worked really well. I like the framework on Genesis the best as well.
