    YES. On your Home tab, go to the Account settings page. In the Account information section, click "edit", then make any desired changes.

    *Note, You can't change the payee name or country unless you have a good reason and will need to contact Support.

    payments via swift are not available and you can change your adress in the account settings

    You can change your payment address, I did it many times so no problem, I have even changed my country. But I closed my old Adsense account and created a new one with new country address but with same email address.
