    I paid you a few days ago and still have not received ANY traffic. You wrote to me making a false statement that my website has a virus on it, when it doesn't and have yet to reply to any of my responses.

    I use a lot of traffic providers here and have not had any trouble with traffic, what is your problem?

    I will be starting the chargeback/bad review process if I don't hear from you in another 24 hrs. I have already waited 48!!

    I have just sent you several PMs regarding the virus issue and explanation on the situation. I have also sent you a refund to avoid any further issue. We take our network safety really seriously so when a virus is detected with our URL tester, we immediately send an email to the buyer.
    I checked both my inbox and junk folder, and did not see any answer from you, so I'm sorry if your query was unanswered, I simply don't have any track of it. Anyway the problem is hopefully solved now.

    At first I thought you were a competitor as you already ordered from us once, posted a really harsh review, so I didn't understand why you ordered again. But it's not the case so I'm sorry for any issue this situation has caused.
