Anyhow, I'm selling KicksAndChicks.com if I can. It's a great website but I have interests in other projects. Going really hard to try and get it sold this summer so I can move future into something else I've gotten established.

You can't find a better website than this for sale on-line in 2012. Why?

a) This is a great / catchy brand name
b) This is an original brand that is respected and established
c) It has a positive earnings history
d) Over 110,000 Backlinks
e) Shows up for 825 Keywords in Google! Find a site to beat these last two sites with a comparable price, doubt you find it
f) I'm not a tech buff and i KNOW there's a lot of ways to improve this but I dont care to invest the energy.
g) Even a newbie can buy this and continue raking in money for years to come ( or earn money then resell for profit later ) .

woah, 8 prior listings on flippa! How so?

 

Why would i undersell such a big site? People give offers but not the right ones.

I can easily keep the site and the near-car payment income it makes monthly instead. I'm not desperate to the point I'd go below the already-good prices I offer to sell the project at.

 

it is a decent site yes, but you might have problems with adsense because of nudity.

 

There is no nudity on the site. Everything is done with certain standards in tact ( my own and corporate acception ) that fall within Google's Adsense policy. I've had adsense since 2006. THere no nipple exposed in any shots and no poses are sexually charged / erotic.

I've had various clothing brands and footwear lines sponsor the site. I've had sneaker stores want to buy links, but I didn't reply in time to those few ops.

I used to work with Finish Line's corporate office in Indiana to do some targeted affiliate marketing.

I get/have had media access to several events from NYC to Las Vegas, NV. Most recently, invited to one in NYC end of this month.

Also have Value Media and recently ( just 2 weeks ago) approved for Chikta and CPx.

I'm lazy ( on this project ) but I'm not selling a faulty product. If you're interested in buying, lets talk but if you're just trying to discourage other buyers, please stop with the harrassment .
