    Hi alertpay. Its been 2 weeks now after my bank wire withdrawal completed but i still have not received the money in my bank acc yet.

    My previous bank wire withdrawal i received the money quickly in only 3 days. I've already sent support ticket for a week but till now still no reply from u.

    Can u please take a look at my ticket? Thank u.

    I like alert pay because they don't require a bank account to verify and you can get Alert Pay funds on your debit or credit card for a fee or add Alert Pay funds by using a credit card or debit card.

    My case has been resolved and the money is being returned. I would use AlertPay again if I was asked to. I've only been asked to do so once. I'm a long time PayPal user. I've never had any problems that could not be resolved easily with PayPal. This has been an interesting learning experience. I wish Tarik, Roberto and the others in support, good luck!     Yesterday alertpay restricted my account for no reason. I am using my alertpay account for more then three years for my personal freelancer work. Two days ago i was thinking to add a donation button on my site and add it. Then when i logged in on alertpay account saw a banner i have to review my site so i submitted it. Now my account restricted. They mail me my site can not be accepted so declined. So i removed my alertpay donation button. I want to get back my account so i can use it for my other freelance working perpose. Is alertpay going to unrestricted my account? Please answer. I already opened a support ticket and also mail on this address my alertpay id is .

    Hi alertpay,i received a reply from your support 3 days ago but it did not solve my problem at all.

    Its been 3 weeks now that i still have not received the funds in my bank acc yet.

    I've been calling my bank for the past 3 days to check with the trace id that u gave but there's no such funds with that id.

    Can u please help take a look at this matter urgently asap? Thank u.

    As per our Banking Support Team : "We will contact our bank to request a transaction receipt which you can provide your bank so they can locate your funds. We will contact you by email as soon as we receive the confirmation document from our bank."

    I've send two support tickets already with regards to my problem in updating my address and contact info. You see i wanted to order one of those Alertpay cards, but I wanted to update my personal info first and the system is not letting me because of some 'glitch' on my first name.. It's been like 2 weeks since i sent the first support ticket, but still no answer from your support service. Kindly help me on resolving this please. Support ticket number HSZ-401-87544
