Can I have 2 paypal accounts (business & personal?)

    yes u can. just link 2 different bank accounts 1 for every paypal account

    Yes you can. Your business account will be on business name and will be linked to business bank account (not personal). You act as a owner of the business by writing giving your information in owner's details. Hope, this will be helpful.

    OK, so I had a personal account and upgraded it to a business premier account, but it has both emails. Do I now just go in and create a new personal account, since I want them separate? And can I change the email that shows in my original account that is now the business account to just have the business email?

    The business email is different than the PayPal email, so you have 2 emails there to enter or change regardless if they are the same or not.

    Yes you may creat couple paypal account but you can also use your business account as a your personal account just add one additions email

    i had read business account that have broadly good advantages.So i think one paypal address couldn`t be two paypal account.But i am not sure.
