    This is natural and appears to be a good deal, but the fact that all of its link juice depends on backlinks from just 1 or 2 sites is not so reliable.

    Have you seen any domain with such quality backlinks for less ? I guess no because no one sells such domains.

    Well I guess that if you're looking for a reliable PR8 backlinks you will have to be separated from much more than 800$ :)(if at all, because I don't think you can find such on sale ),
    For me it looks like a very reliable backlink, especially if you set a website on it.
