Hello,I have a coupon site www.lazoocouponsx.com Someone from the la zoo contacted me and said the site is in violation. How do I know if this is true? I am trying to make money with adsense and help people find coupons? I could not find on gooogle tos that this is an actual violation. I see coupon sites everywhere and that is why I have this one?

Heh. Well you've got LA Zoo in the name, and your site comes up with a malware warning so I didn't see what was on it, but if I was LA Zoo I wouldn't want a malware riddled site with my name on it.

It may be the domain name. Having LA ZOO in your name is like having goooglezoo.com
Google will try to take your domain name just because it has the world google in it.
Chances are they will win the domain name.

Same with LA ZOO if they go after the domain name then the worst that can happen is
that they win it and you have to turn it over to them.

I think the problem is your domain name matching the "la zoo"

Yes it's in violation only if they do something about it. Sending an email is nothing, ignore it.
But yes, having a third person's trademark in the domain name is always a bad idea.

asking them rather than us would probably be your best as we don't work for google or LA ZOO

Also to me it seems like a copyright violation of the trademarke lazoo. You should write to them and ask them how can you maintain the site and also have no problem with them.
