Well, your site is fine and its good for PPC in Ad words, if you want to see your ads at 1st page , just increase the quality score of your keywords and then increase the bid value of your keywords slightly high (but not too much) and see the response .....

Further, try to improve the quality of your ads from customer's point of view so that people like to click at your ad , it will also helpful to rise your position .......

Why do you this way in your first page. This is the wrong rule of Adsense google.
Your words as "clicks" around your adsense as above, beside.
Your adsense account will be banned if you don't change your web (b4phone.com).

I advice you to do that. It is ok for the same too.
And then you must try to do by yourself. Test it again and again.

For example, if you ask all people to look your page from time to time.
Do you want all people click your ad, yes or not?
Are you fool or clever to keep your ad?
Is this the wrong rule of adsense google for your asking that?
