    Domain age plays a big part in rankings post-penguin, and this site is 7 years old. The tech niche is high paying, so this site has loads of potential!

    There's a little traffic but nothing worth claiming, so assume no traffic/revenue. 6 months till domain renewal date so plenty of time to build up the site before then!

    Someone asked via PM about hosting so I thought I'd post here so everyone can see the answer - the site is currently hosted on a Blogger account, so it will be transferred to the winning bidder's google account. This means that there are no hosting costs at all. The site can be migrated to Wordpress pretty easily if you want as well though.
