search Best CPM network for advertise

    Hi all, I tried popular networks, most of them don't accept html banner, cpm.biz must have stopped working. Please, suggest, where is the biggest impression for countries like Canada, UK with html banner compability.

    There are some big ones but you need lots of traffic to qualify.

    Unfortunately I'm not interested in Pop up/pop under, as to my experience it is not effective, I want to remind that my role is "Advertiser" and I'm looking for a network where I can host my banner, I'm interested in at least 100000 impression.

    That's why probably no one works with it.

    There are many cpm network, what type of website or product you are looking to advertise, what type of traffic you looking for such as good conversion or cheap
