1 Restrict your Adsense blocks to one per page.
2..Use multiple formats. The primary Ads by Google block is great, but it should be only one of three formats.
3..Place a sizable rectangleabove the fold. The simplest way to format a page would be to have your headline followed by a large Adsense block
4..Have content rich sites
5..If you wish to make Google Adsense income, you must chase higher paying keywords

Why do we need to restrict the Adsense blocks to one per page? Could you please explain?

 

More blocks - less CPC

 

Many people might assume that many ads mean many ways to increase your Google Adsense money, the result is lower value are placed on your site and our target is for visitors to click on a high value

 

I have something very special as i am able to increase my adsense income from some pennies to some dollars per day on the same contents. If you are ready to learn give follow my signature. Beleive me this is not a spam or self promotional message. I am very serious.

 

Good AdSense have emailed me a few times and asked me to place more than 1-2 blocks on some of my pages, almost all my pages have 2-3 blocks, only 1 block per page is usually not the way to go.

 

I found that a large block directly under the headline really helps with clickthrough rates, just like you said. A site that has lots of great content with catchy titles is a good idea because people will click around on your site longer, and there's more of a chance that they'll click one of your ads. I still think Adsense is quite a mysterious beast, though.

 

I disagree personally I put the max allowed, 3 ad units and 3 link unit, plus the adsense search, on every pages.

My way of improving earnings is by optimizing ad placement (ctr) until I can reach a correct RPM of minimum $5. I don't care if it's with a CPC of $0.1 or $1 I aim for a minimum of $5 RPM for all my sites. I think $5 RPM is correct enough, then my job is to bring in the maximum visitors on my sites.
