I had try Phone support to alertpay for more than 25 mins they put the call on hold and no operator were got connected found..I was billed 1.5 USD for 25 min waiting period...

I don't know how much employee dose alertpay have .........

 

It's been months and account not verified :|

Yes, same here. Disgusting. Lucky it was only 1.5usd really and could have been much more.

I advise you to use alternatives. Their customer support is the worst i have ever tried.

MONTHS have been quoted here in getting things done. Imagine running a business where months are the expected time frame??

I have funds locked down because of these guys. They are a nightmare to work with.

I have no idea why companies work with them.

 

After waiting these much time i have decided to approach my credit card company for charge back......

Waiting for past 3 months, still no proper response.. My money is locked as well.. I think I'll file a case against the company..

Paxum, payoneer, + many others. Just keep pushing sites to use alternatives. This kind of lack of support is not something you can work with.

I want to get paid not be told sorry no support for months on end.

AlertPay will allow you to add up to 15 international bank accounts. This means you will be able to add a Serbian and German bank accounts.
