Have a verified business account at PayPal need to activate Mass Pay option

    Hello,

    I have a business account and need Mass Pay feature to send payments to partners without commission.

    But it seems like Paypal removed this feature as default from accounts and it needs to activated.

    When I tried to contact Paypal customer support they said that in order to have this feature available for my account, my acc needs to have "Account Manager or should qualify for Business Support" and I'll be contacted by PayPal representatives if my account qualifies for that.

    But what means "qualifies"? I need Mass Pay feature as soon as possible, how can I make the process a bit faster?

    To be eligible for MassPay, the following criteria must be met:

    - Must be a Business or Premier PayPal account [i.e., not a basic Personal account, and it's a good idea to upgrade your account to Business anyway, for a variety of reasons];

    - The account must be in good standing (i.e. no limitations or restrictions);

    - The account must be managed by a PayPal Merchant/Business Support group. To qualify for Business Support, the merchant needs to process approximately $3,000 in sales per month or $35K per year [We have heard from a merchant saying they qualified by having $3k in sales for a single month in the past year.]

    Thank you very much for the information, lifeplayer

    Can you please advise if I should contact Paypal once I reach mentioned amount in sales? Or they will activate Mass Pay automatically?
