$0 - I ran the site mostly as a hobby and have BuySellAds on it. It does sell ads but not much, maybe $100-200 per month max.

Why am I selling?
I do not know how to monetize this site properly and make an income from it. Right now it is just eating away at my time and resources so I'd rather sell it now that I've lost interest. I realize that with no income it would be hard to justify buying this at the BIN but you would need to consider the potential rather than basing it on the income it generates now.

Nope. All those users have a valid and different IP address.

 

Would you be willing to add interested buyers to your Google account to have a check over stats?

 

Yeah, post some traffic stats and add some as a user in google analytics to make sure traffic is legit. If your are planning on selling site that expensive, u gotta be prepared to show lots of proof and answer tons of questions.

Sure will, however, I don't use Google Analytics. I use a premium service that I pay for instead called GetClicky. I can add any interested buyer to the stats which will allow them to trace back stats for an indefinite time. I will only add buyers that are truly interested.

Thanks, this isn't my first sale and is probably one the cheaper sites that I have built and sold. This is my first sale on DP though. I have all proof and documentation of everything I do and everything I have said.

Yes, for the third time:

Please read the posts/threads before making another comment about the visitors to guest ratio. I can also enable guest viewing of online members so that an interested party can verify that each one of those visitors has a different and unique IP. I can also enable temporary admin access to any interested buyer so that they can see the plugin list of vBulletin for further verification that no "fake user" mode is installed.

 

Is this site banned from google adsense? I noticed that you have a ROM section, which I believe is against their TOS.

 

I don't know about the ROM section, but the Cosplay section is certainly against the TOS of adsense. I do not recommend using Adsense on this site - you would need another method of income.

This is like the third mention of that. Read the conversation before you comment or don't comment at all. I can provide full admin access which gives you the ability to view the IPs of these AND make sure there are no "fake" user installation. Everything I have stated can be proven with my analytical software platform.


Again, for the next person to post this without reading comments - I can prove there is no fakes not to mention this number reflects nothing other than users and bots that are on the site. The real numbers you should concern yourself with are the Unique Visitors and Impressions I posted above from a premium analytic service (premium being that I pay for the service and it is better than Google Analytics).

Furthermore, if you intend on buying a forum this large you should already know the facts that I just mentioned in my last paragraph.

 

There we go, fixed it up for the nubs here that keep harping on that number.

1) You can't see it any longer
2) If you try to directly access it, you get a nub friendly message

Again, use the stats which I posted not some shitty vbulletin database counter of users online which consist of mostly bots.

I just thought I should make a quick post since people seem to be feeling a bit off with the guests online. Well to make this a bit easier on you I can vouch for validity of these statistics and guests. I was given access to both GetClicky and an Admin account on the actual forum with enough permissions to allow me to view everything going on regarding the guests and as I saw they all had a different IP and for all intensive purposes were real. It was quite clear there was no addons installed or anything of that nature that could produce those results.

 

Dude, flippa is where this site belongs most users here don't have that kind of money!
