domain.co.in is the site that registered domain on behalf of you, but not the domain registrar. Your domain registrar may be Public Domain Registry, INTERNIC etc.

Contact your registrar, not the domain.co.in site owner.

What is your domain? I will help you to find the way.

You should directly contact the main registrar, public domain registry guys. They would be able to fix this for you.

check out your registrar or email to your previous hosting provider that help you to register and request about the information of the registrar and contact them up.
they might lot of registrar provide this .co.in domain like registry.in or webnic but you need to look out for that which is your domain register at.
