Random meta tags?

Hi, is it good or bad to have random title and description tag?

For exampla, each keyword with another title and description tag.

its ok, but make your descriptions tag to be descriptive about your title...

 

No use relevant unique descriptions created by a human who make sense and describe the page.

 

But, I see manny websites with different pagetitle and descriptions for one page. Are they manualy changed or randomly updated from a file.

 

Some manually create all the meta tags and some use dynamic. The dynamic guys may appear to be getting away with it but amy be losing alot of traffic in reality
