Your site has been penalized by 'Google Penguin Update' or in other words 'Overly Optimized Penalty'.
Google has recently made this change in its algortihm.
Kindly concentrate on removing un-natural links, Keyword stuffing.
Once you find things are clear from your site then you can send your request through Google webmaster.

I think that most agree that over optimizing for a targeted keyword was the death blow to a website. The big question is can a website recover from this? Secondly it seems like you could sink your competion by blowing up there website with the same technique of spamming it with links.

(I already Posted this in in the Google Algorithm update thread.) I really think this will help.

Few things that will help you improve your rankings, after this BS Algorithm. Hopefully

    - Keep your on-page targeted keywords down to a minimum (Very low, lower than anytime before). (If you repeat the keywords on your sites pages too many times that's one thing that Goggle will get you for). I think this one is the big one Google went after for this update.

    - (Wait a while until the dust clears for this one, if your rankings does not go back up) You might have to get rid of some of your reciprocal link trades. Keep your reciprocals low.

    - Build Links much, much slower than before. A few here and there, no going nuts. maybe even once a week for a couple of minutes. Varie your link text and be sure to use your site or site domain more often for link text now.

    - Build quality content that doesn't over expose your keywords.

    - If you have an exact keyword domain, be sure to work on it a lot more (New updates and great content). I think Google deranked low content quality SEO'd exact keyword domain names.

    - Yes lower down your off site SEO for a while to a mininum. Do some but not nearly as much as before. If you were a affected you might be on Google Crap List.

    - After a month goes by and your rankings are still bad Boycott Google and target MSN, Bing and Yahoo which all use the same search results and as of right now have much better, cleaner, more relevant search results than Google AS OF RIGHT NOW.

Yes this might be true, and if it is True Google is Crazy!!! Instead of punishing for links, Google should just give no value to the links they don't like. Instead Google seems to be Punishing everyone building certain types of links.

It seems Google now accepts most relevant and quality backlinks. Forum signatures and commenting seems to have disregarded.

There is only one important reason: bad linking strategy. Remove links and your page will back at previous positions.

One of the many problem reports is "exact-match" domains. Many of these have been hit. In fact, Viagra can't even "Keep it up" anymore. They were dropped from the first page of the SERPs because their domain name matches the search term. I have read that Google has remedied this but whatever data center that I am now hitting doesn't show Viagra.com on the first page for a search for "Viagra".

These latest algorithmic changes have adversely affected a great many in the last day and, personally, I don't believe that Google should release these changes with such glaring defects. Unfortunately, they have and there is very little recourse for sites affected.

Everybody speculates but nobody really knows exactly what you can do get your rankings back.

This Viagra situation clearly indicates that Google tried to hit exact match domains "hard" :)

The big problem though is that a "bot" can't tell whether a site is quality. Often, when people buy an exact match domain term, they put up shallow content and try to game the system. However, there are those who bought exact match domains names and created great sites. And guess what? That apparently doesn't matter.

They'll fix the Viagra problem because it is such a glaring defect in the algo. However, if you bought a name called "howtoboilapotato.com" and it is the best site on boiling potatoes, you might just be out of luck if you lost all of your ranking with the latest changes.
