"After a careful review of your account, it has been established that AlertPay’s Terms and Conditions have been violated. Due to your failure to comply with our policy and the high risk associated with your transactions, AlertPay has made the decision to sever its business relationship with you and terminate your account.

As per section 6.3 “Monetary Penalties” of our User Agreement, "If you are found in violation of this User Agreement and all terms herein, we reserve the right to fine you a penalty of $500 and upwards, depending on damages and the severity of the violation and the liability you cause to AlertPay and/or our professional partners." As a result, your AlertPay account has been fined in the amount of $2222.01 USD, which is equal to the total amount of funds which was remaining in your account balance.

in the name of terms of use/services / agreement all companies are scam
companies always safe themselves and bring new ideas to eat
with the sentence "we may change terms at any time without any prior notification" they are safe from law agencies
countries / treaties / stats they do in same way

human kill human to safe human

i used Plimus and they started eating 3$ per month in name of inactive account
AlertPay fine me 0.49$ because available balance was 0.49$

What kind of activities are you doing by the way? Because I haven't encountered this kind of problem since I started years ago. I've been receiving big amounts of money although I withdraw them to my bank account as soon as I get them.

I am a TOS guy. I actually read them because as soon as I have 1500.00 - 12,000 in an account and it is closed, I will regret my decision not to read them.

I had this issue this AM. My account (not alertpay) was closed citing TOS violations. Bob never violated a TOS but in this case, I got lazy and did not question one minor point I should have questioned.

I am not surprized to find out people are having trouble for TOS violations. READ THAT TOS before you start hookup to a train that runs off the cliff.
