Want to know.. there are any chance my new adsense account will approved if on my blog (using local language - malay language), i add language translator bar (that language translator supported english... france.. sweden... etc) The main language still local (malay) but viewer can select any language they want.
You will be accepted but Probably you won't make so much money compare to english market, because it is huge and billion dollar industry..but can't say guarantee without testing it.. wait for it and see what google says..
