hey guys i found a PR3 domain, its still available. Keyword is OK, its a two part name. If i call the first part as "X" and second as "Y"(for example).. and when i search X Y on google without using "" quotes, it gives 33 million results, bt when searched along with quotes, it gave just 2500 results. What do you think, should i buy?
i need some more opinions before buying, and i will definetely PM you the domain if i dont buy it.. ok?
If you have a domain with a 2 word phrase combination with 33 million results I would grab it, more so if it is a pr3 - If you dont get it pass the domain name to me too!
Findeteer is up to 1.5 million domains as of today. We are also working on a system so people will get an email every day on domains they are looking. We are almost done. I wish we could some feedback on the need for this type of service or how we can make parketeer that much better... Come on folks
I search on Google ,live.com for expired domains but I ended up here only as this thread gets second ranking on the google and 4 th on live.com I think you may be getting lot of traffic due to this thread
Did you see it at findeteer and why was it for 29 dollars? - did you reserve it or..... Just peeking in on how everyone is liking the site Preston
Hi, I just found a few domains with PR, however when I check the BL's it is saying there are none, however when I key in the url the PR is showing, are these worth buying or does this mean all the links have gone and the PR will soon go too? Infact when i click on Google backlinks for any site at all (have tried about 30-40) there are no google BL's!
Google drops backlinks when domain expire you have to submit sitemap i think again then they will show backlinks again in google search engine it's worth it Saad
Google doesn't show all the backlinks it knows abount. Use yahoo, if you get a couple hundred than the pr's probably legitimate.
You can also check here http://www.seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank.html if domain has fake page rank it will tell you so yeah before registering it check through that site Saad
Make sure you use the full site like this - link:http://www.rssprotocol.com - google will have different numbers for searches with www as opposed to without. and different whth and without http:// sometimes. If google is updating pagerank numbers will be weird and results may not show...
The site suggested in the first post of the topic looks down Also PR domains need a lot of work not only to search for VALID PR sites, not only to find VALID and QUALITY BACKLinks but also make a background check of the domain and be able to hold the PR of the domain and help you in the long run
Findeteer was down overnight. After calling SPRY hosting to reboot the machine, their response was that we would have to wait for the morning to have one of their techs flip a switch and reboot it. Of all my years hosting websites, I've never seen an outfit with such poor response to a down server. We will be switching to a better company in the near future as SPRY is obviously unreliable and dangerous to host a serious website with. They've kept my sites going for over a year, but this last outage was absolutely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor a steer clear of any host that refuses to reboot a server, should you lose the ability to connect to it and reboot it yourself. They may decide they don't want to reboot your server one day and no site should ever go through the sort of dis-service I've just received from SPRY HOSTING.
