For beginners, try to trace an existing template and see how it comes then later you can create your own.
try searching for psd website tutorials on google and try practicing them. you will be able to make templates.
Thanks I've found some really nice tutorials to start with. If anybody comes across more up-to-date PSD tutorials for web, iphone, android or others they should post them here so beginners can have sticky thread to reference.
first u search the creative templates then you create your own . you see so many templates automatically you have to create your own. i am sure about that because in starting time i am so confused how to create my friend is gave this idea now i am so confident to do best of luck
Just try to find some templates from google and implement on it or make an understanding of it. And after that try to design your own template. thanks.
You can find most of free web templates out there. Work and tweak it if you're having a hard time doing from ground up. Good luck! Regards, Peter
I design my websites on paper using a pen. I then design the layout with colors etc. using photoshop. Once I get a nice mockup and I'm ready to proceed to the next step. I try to implement the Photoshop design with HTML and CSS only taking bits and pieces of cropped images from the mockup. Once the layout is done in HTML/CSS I no longer need the photoshop mockup but I always save it.
Basically you would have to make each part of the whole design in photoshop, cut it up to parts, and import it to another program, such as Dreamweaver, and get the codes from there, that would be an complete webdesign.
