According to me if you get natural traffic from authority sites, then might be possibility it will impact on your Search Engine Ranking Page position.

    Hi,
The answer depends on how you get your traffic.
Most traffic to a website usually comes in as search traffic, predominately from Google.
If you rank in mid position on the first page of Google for a fairly competitive keyword and your meta description tag is rewritten and becomes extremely compelling it could lead to a significantly higher click through rate. A higher click through rate will equal higher traffic and this could lead to an increase in your ranking. For example, if you are in 6th place and you rewrite your meta description tag and it has 69 characters with spaces and it is a very compelling call to action that leads to a higher click through rate and therefore more traffic than the website in 5th place, there is a solid chance you will move into 5th. Hope this helps. Gan Pae!

Short answer NO. You can get 10k paid visitors once per day and your rank will be the same. Backlinks backlinks and more backlinks will rank you.
