The mail from adsense was more than clear. You are lucky you still own your adsense account. Do what is required!

 

Have you get any warning. Before disable the Ad , they will send the warning to the email .And receive the email ,you have to remove that website with in 72 hours.Otherwise they will disable the ad.

 

I think creating multiple adsense accounts to same IP or mail address will be risky.

You can try going on here http://support.google.com/adsense/?hl=en login into your account and then post a topic and ask for adsense pro support. They help out with basic issues.

 

I tried that and I only get help from TCs which are not working on Google, they didn't help me on my problem, anyways I already submitted a solid appeal since Monday, they said I must wait only 48hours :/

Okay Im back again with good news, yesterday and after about two weeks google reply for my appeal with this:

just make the changes, take your time, review your website many times, remove all bad contents, file a solid appeal, and there you go, you will receive that message.
So guys dont listen to all those who imagine its extremely hard to restore adsense on a website, just cooperate with Google its like your Boss.
