I think there's no return. Personal Starter is limited to 400 $/month. If you get more than this amount you are automatically upgraded to Personal Pro and in this case there is 2,5% fee on every transaction. So they are not scammers it's their rule. This is my problem too, so you are not alone.

    Rules from AlertPay

    Personal Starter Account Benefits

    Sending and Receiving is FREE
    Monthly receiving limit of $400*
cummulative lifetime receiving limit of $2000 *

so if you get more then 400$ you need a pro account.

STOP writing they are scammers. Read the rules and be happy that you receive money!

Any of you had renewals since 1st April? Because I am wondering if this is just me or Oron found a new way to screw us again.

    Okay

How can I return to Personal Starter

    I sent them Support ticket.

If I can not return to Personal Starter, I'll close old account and open a new AlertPay account

Oron Support just told me my rebills are off. And I don't know what to think. They are off because of new payment processor and I'll get 'em after a month or my account was for some reason disabled..

Also I don't have an idea if he meant renewals, because I guess it's not the same what rebills are.

I didn't make any renewal and that surprised me..

I'm looking for kind people who maybe knows a bit and know others' opinions. If I didn't make you interested, then go away. Noone tells you to read it.

    Why so rude then?

Ok. Renewals and rebills not the same. Renewals is OK for me, but no rebills. I think very few people have rebills, not yet, 'cos most of the sales were via Paypal.
