    I wonder why OP didn't answer above questions. And I just check his site: thesocialmarketing[dot]net. Why he can provide hundreds of PR4+ link just for $67/month, but his site just have PR0? (His site's age from last year's October, mean it pass 2 major PR update - November and February).

    Hi Lee, in the "safe starter" there are almost no comments at all, mostly profile links and private blog network contextual backlinks (the PBN submission are one link per 400+ words article plus 2 tiers of web 2.0 properties, web directories and rss links) and the major are submissions to search engine and classified sites. The idea here is to give a safe start to a new website, so i'm being carefull not spamming with comments and other things that i don't see as safe for a new website.     I own thousands of domains and website, this site is barely one month old (only the domain is from october). I'm selling this packages (as well as most of my other IM services) almost only through IM forums, you can check the site in "ahrefs" and see i didn't do almost any SEO for this site.

    Anyways, my private blog networks has 700+ websites with different PR's and my niche targeted network also has 600+ websites with different PR's (they are completely sapparated, see those services in my signature). Also it's important to mention that not all the links are from my own sites and networls, i'm combining external edu blogs and forums, social networks etc. that are high PR as mentioned.

    One more important thing- it's not 67$/month, those packages are one time and not monthly. Moreover, i don't recommend on doing it monthly or buy the same package for the same site. If you have any more questions please feel free to PM me or add me on skype.
