    This website converts REALLY well, and is quite profitable for it's minimal traffic. If the new owner were to put some real effort into SEO and traffic (I don't have the time), I could see income increasing dramatically.

    pleasse do not get me wrong but adsense screenshot looks interesting to me as there is 1,5 usd revenue with 5 pageviews ?

    I don't show you in the top 10 pages of google for your niche keyword so how is traffic getting there? Could you send full analytics to me via pm?

    I can only give you the facts. I haven't worked on the site for the last 6 months or so... so my guess would be that the site has a high CPC and conversions.
