Yes, if there is increment in user and transaction in ALertpay in India.
Although, very less chances of that happening in AP.

 

PayPal's policies in India a result of rules and regulations stipulated by the government. The government can also force AP to have similar rules and regulations once it starts gaining a large number of Indian users. For now, the best bet is to stick to Liberty Reserve or C-Gold or something similar. In my opinion, these offer more privacy and safety.
