    Technically, it would be advisable to wait until the 14th otherwise they will send you an auto-generated reply to wait for 14 days. If you have received withdrawals before or after the date it may be some problem from their end. If its a new bank account then make sure the bank details are right. If not, the amount will be reversed to your paypal account and you will be charged Rs. 250 for that.
