hey can some please review my ad placement on my site

i am getting 300 UV

but 0.5-1$ a day
my ctr is very low

best was when i got 22 clicks and 2.08$

yest i got only 0.08$

can you tell me how to improve

start advertising of your site & use seo... its best way of publishing..

 

try a banner Ad right below your banner now.
change the ad link color to blue (people are used to clicking on blue colored stuffs)

in a new post
put a square ad right after the blog title.

try these, and see how it goes, probably need a few days / weeks to show results
but .. with 0.08cents : )) hah. you only risk $2.40 loss a month if you dont get any clicks from the above changes.

IMO, instead of banner ads, just make it text ads. should help you out. Banner ads looks like ad hence people don't click.

 

actually i kept banner in one on my MSN site and i got 2.5$ in 2 clicks tht was nice

Gaming sites usually get low CTR.

Your top most leaderboard is in light blue color with grey background, which makes it quite difficult to read. use white background, blue 0000FF or Black color text.

$2.5 in 2 clicks. the CPC has nothing to do with the Ad format used. The ad code that comes in earliest in the page gets the highest paying ads.

CPC also depends upon the geographical location of visitors. Clicks from USA, Australia visitors have a high cpc.
