Different Adsense policies for different countries, How considered ?

    Hi Guys,

    I'm new here as you see.:)

    As i understand there is different Adsense policies for different countries.

    My question is: IF i move my server hosting to USA i wiil be under there Policy ?

    Or this is only considered by country location written in account details ?

    The policies are all the same for each country, but Google does target certain countries moreso than others for things like click fraud and trying to game the system.
