you have choosen good services... and home page is ok but you can put some color background in to it. you must remember one thing that design is first thing to whom user intracts

I can only vote for site logo, there are plenty of thing, which you have to improve.

 

Cool.... but how do you plan to make money out of it? I'm still clueless on how short URL sites are making money

 

I like the design. Very simple and it feels similar to Googles website - simple, which is good in this case as much information is not needed about it. The only thing that annoys me is the text inside the textfield, maybe padding-left some?
